"Quick entry, slightly confusing line"
We got in fast and the staff checked tickets quickly, which was nice. The line was a little confusing at first and I wasn’t totally sure where to go, but it also wasn’t a big deal. Kind of messy but still smooth overall

"Great view, decent drinks, worth a stop"
I stopped by the bar and cafe at 360 Chicago and had a good time. The view is definitely the highlight and makes the whole experience feel a little special. The drinks were solid, and the cafe snacks were fine — nothing amazing, but enough to keep you satisfied. The staff was friendly, though service slowed down a bit once it got busy. Prices are on the high side, but that’s pretty much what I expected for a spot like this. Overall, I’d say it’s worth checking out at least once, especially for the view.

"Pretty Worth It overall"
Had a really good time and I’d say it was worth it. just wish the tickets were a bit cheaper, because that part felt a little steep. Still, I’m glad I went.

"I mostly went there to take pictures…"
I mostly went there to take pictures, it was kind of disappointing. Maybe I missed something or went at a bad time, but the windows had so much glare that it was hard to get a decent shot without reflections or random people in the background. For what it costs, I expected better photo spots or at least some guidance on where to stand. Most of my pictures ended up looking messy, so it just didn’t feel worth it for me.

"Amazing sunset view"
The view was awesome. You can see the lake, the city, and all the tall buildings really clearly, and we went around sunset so everything looked kind of unreal. Even if there are a few little things that could be better, I’d still say it’s totally worth it for the view alone.

"Friendly staff, even when it was busy"
From what I remember, the staff were really nice and made it easy for us to figure out where we needed to go. The place was a little busy at the time, but they still stayed friendly and patient the whole way through...

"Finally Didn’t Feel Like I Had to Worry"
I’m usually the person who ends up feeling uneasy or stuck dealing with something going wrong, but this time I actually felt safe the whole time. Security was easy to spot, the lines moved okay, and for once I didn’t feel like I had to be on edge about anything.

"Fair price and easy booking"
We booked our tickets online, i thought the price was fair for the experience. I appreciated that there were a few ticket options, so it didn’t feel like we were being pushed into the most expensive one. The checkout process was simple too, with no annoying surprise fees at the end. For something in downtown Chicago, I actually expected it to cost more, so it ended up feeling like a nice little splurge that was worth it.

"Way Faster Than I Expected"
I’m usually impatient with long lines, so I was already bracing myself to be annoyed when we got to 360 Chicago. But it moved way quicker than I expected, even with a decent number of people ahead of us. The staff seemed to keep everything organized and moving, which made a huge difference. I hate wasting time just standing around, but this wasn’t bad at all. Really easy 5 stars from me

"Great views, and the exhibits are absolutely worth it"
I genuinely really enjoyed this. The info displays before heading up were way better than I expected, and I definitely learned a few Chicago facts I had somehow never heard before. The view was fantastic too, no question about it. The only tiny downside was that it was crowded when we went, but that makes sense because of course everyone wants to see it.

I booked my tickets online and the process went smoothly overall. I’m usually picky about things being clear upfront, so I did wish the time slots were laid out a bit better. Nothing major, but it would’ve made the experience feel a lot easier...

"Helpful staff, just a bit slow to reply"
The staff did help me out in the end, so I can’t complain too much. I was just a little frustrated because the replies took longer than I expected, and I was already feeling impatient that day. Overall, they were nice and got things sorted, but faster responses would’ve made the experience better.

"Nice Chicago stop for the kids"
We took the kids here while we were in Chicago, and I was mostly paying attention to whether they were entertained and if the place felt safe. On both counts, it was a win. They had a good time wandering around and checking things out, and the staff we dealt with were friendly. It was a little expensive for the whole family, but still a solid outing if you’re looking for something kid-friendly to do.

"Felt ignored trying to book tickets"
I tried to book tickets on the site, but it was really frustrating with my screen reader. A lot of the buttons weren’t labeled clearly, and the date picker basically trapped me until I gave up. It felt like people who rely on accessibility tools weren’t even considered. Booking tickets shouldn’t be this hard.

"A Really Nice, Clean Visit to 360 Chicago"
I went to 360 Chicago last weekend, one of the first things I noticed was how clean everything was. From the moment I walked in, the floors looked spotless, the windows were clear, and even the bathrooms were really well taken care of. It made the whole experience feel smoother and more enjoyable, especially with such great views all around. Sometimes little things like that make a big difference, and this visit definitely felt nicer because of it. No complaints at all.
